Testimony - A miracle of the anointing oil
When my husband and I got married a year ago, I was transferred back to work at a district hospital about 1 hour from home. During the journey to work I would be listening to Pastor Prince’s messages. I was excited about the message on The Anointing Oil; so my husband and I quickly got some olive oil and prayed over it.
On the 16th of June 2009, during a particularly busy call, I received a patient, a young 19 year boy who allegedly drank about 500mls of Malathion, a strong weedkiller used by the villagers for their farming purposes. Two hours have lapsed from the point of intake that by the time he presented to the accident and emergency department, he was manifesting the full blown signs and symptoms of poisoning. His pupils were pin point and he was wheezing, tearing and salivating massively. All his muscles were twitching into spasms, his bowel and bladder became incontinent and worst of all his consciousness level was very low. We resuscitated him and reversed the action of the poison to the best of our ability and intubated him to protect his airway prior to transporting him to the nearest General Hospital. According to the accepting physician the case was of poor prognosis and the patient would unlikely survive.
As I surveyed the seemingly hopeless condition, the words of Jesus from Pastor Prince’s message rang in my ears. “It is the anointing that breaks the yoke of bondage”. I hurried to my bag where I kept my bottle of anointing oil and immediately applied on the patient’s chest and thanked Jesus for His Blood that has snatched the patient from the death snare.
Three days later I received a phone call from the treating physician telling me good news that the patient had been transferred out of ICU into the general ward and was making good progress towards complete healing. In my heart I knew that this was Daddy’s miraculous healing on this boy. I was so excited and I just thanked Daddy for what he had done.
When I looked back at all that has taken place, I am awed at the wisdom of our Daddy! The one hour journey to work daily was actually Him hiding me in His secret place and Him feeding my spirit with His precious Word through Pastor Prince’s messages. It humbled me to realize that the Lord of this Universe yearns to fellowship with me, a mere mortal, every single day! More than I desire to be with Him, He desires much more for me! Hallelujah!
